Lululemon Partners with Dalai Lama Center
Lululemon Athletica Inc., synonymous in some quarters with the "corporatization of yoga," got a powerful, albeit implicit endorsement Wednesday from none other than the Dalai Lama. In a presentation following an address by His Holiness at a heart and mind summit, Lululemon CEO Laurent Potdevin announced the apparel company will contribute CAD$250,000 annually over the next three years to support the Dalai Lama Center for Peace + Education.
